I'm Gabriel Escobar-Mesley, founder and coach of Leadesco. After 15 years in IT Business Management, I now support executives, managers and their teams in developing their uniqueness to enhance their performance. The firm operates as part of a team of coaches with a wide range of experience and expertise.

Methodology

To change things is first to change ourselves.

Co-creation is at the heart of our coaching method. The full involvement of the client is essential to an impactful outcome, and provides a key introspective alignment to successful adaptation with changes in their environment.

The coaching programme begins with a 360º Assessment revealing the coachee's current leadership style and offering comparative feedback between their self-assessment and those of their colleagues. Following the debrief, a personalised development plan is drawn up and facilitated during follow-up sessions.

Each session ends with an action plan structuring the coachee's overall objective.The expected result is a transformation towards a more enlightened, conscious and creative leadership style, serving sustainable performance and team alignment.

An ad hoc consultancy service can complement or replace coaching, depending on needs. A Sparring Partner relationship, on the other hand, offers more challenging support for an entrepreneur as he or she takes on the challenges of running a fast-growing business.
